3You could lose money by investing in this Investment Option. Although the money market fund in which your Investment Option invests (the underlying fund) seeks to preserve the value at $1.00 per share, it cannot guarantee it will do so. An investment in this Investment Option is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. The sponsor has no legal obligation to provide financial support to the underlying fund, and you should not expect that the sponsor will provide financial support to the underlying fund at any time.

4The underlying omnibus bank accounts annual percentage yield is 5.03% as of October 1, 2024. This rate is variable and subject to change at any time. There is no minimum balance required to obtain this rate. Interest earnings realized by participants will be reduced by the program management fee and state administrative fee.

5Total Returns calculated without Up-Front Sales Load

6Total Returns calculated with maximum Up-Front Sales Load of 3.50%. No Up-Front Sales Load applies to the Money Market Static Investment Option and Bank Savings Static Investment Option.

The performance data shown represents past performance. Past performance – especially short-term performance – is not a guarantee of future results. Performance information is current as of the most recent timeframe referenced above and is net of the weighted average operating expense ratio of the underlying fund, program management fee and the state administrative fee. Investment returns and principal value will fluctuate, so that investors’ units, when sold, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Current performance may be lower or higher than the performance data cited.

Investors should consider before investing whether their or their beneficiary’s home state offers any state tax or other state benefits such as financial aid, scholarship funds, and protection from creditors that are only available for investments in such state’s qualified tuition program and should consult their tax advisor, attorney and/or other advisor regarding their specific legal, investment or tax situation.

Investing involves risk, including potential for loss.

Participation in the Plan does not guarantee that contributions and the investment return on contributions, if any, will be adequate to cover future tuition and other higher education expenses, or that a beneficiary will be admitted to or permitted to continue to attend an eligible educational institution.
